As the alarmingly widening divide between what is taught in classrooms
and what is expected in the real world was a gap I couldn't ignore.
I still remember the moment that sparked the idea for SkilliZee. It wasn’t a single event but a growing realization over the years. Having pursued an MBA from prestigious institutions like ISB and Northwestern, I noticed something critical: these programs weren’t just about knowledge—they were about mindset.
Through case studies, students were encouraged to tackle real-world problems, analyze situations from multiple perspectives, and brainstorm innovative solutions. It was about cultivating critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
But one question kept haunting me: “Why wait until college or an MBA to develop these skills? Why not start in school?”
This question stayed with me, echoing louder with each interaction I had with students, parents, and educators. Then came the Eureka moment! If schools focus on academic foundations, why couldn’t we complement that by preparing students for the real-world challenges they would inevitably face?
What followed was nothing short of a mission. We dedicated over 10,000+ hours of rigorous research, collaborating with Ivy League professors and industry leaders worldwide. The result? A cutting-edge program seamlessly designed to fit into the school environment.
